"He's not gay… he loves women" - Jamie Foxx's close friend Tyrin Turner shuts down Jaguar Wright's claims
Actor, comedian, and singer Jamie Foxx’s close friend Tyrin Turner recently appeared for an interview with The Art of Dialogue and refuted Jaguar Wright’s claims that the Marvel star is “gay” and was fond of “trans women.”
“Listen, nah, Jamie’s my guy… I don’t know that person. All I can tell you is that he’s not gay, you know what I’m saying? He loves women. Like come on, man, everybody knows he loves women. Like there’s no gay bone in Jamie’s body. Not one gay bone,” Tyrin shared.
He tried to clarify whether Wright was hinting that Foxx was allegedly interested in transgender people. When the interviewer responded “Yeah,” Turner added:
“No absolutely not, absolutely false… that’s totally inaccurate.”
The drama actor further mentioned how Jamie Foxx didn’t care about all these rumors and just kept doing his own thing, including comedy, music, being creative, and taking care of his family and friends.

During his latest sit-down with The Art of Dialogue, Tyrin Turner shut down Jaguar Wright’s claims that Jamie Foxx liked men and trans women. Not only that but he asked where the conspiracy “theories” were coming from, and whether they were influenced by the “Illuminati,” adding that it was all in her “head.”
Jamie Foxx’s friend went on to give Jaguar Wright credit for being a “beautiful” and “dope” singer, but said that her claims were no better than “comedy.” He further stated how when something is “true,” people might get “hurt” or “upset,” but in this case, none of those were the case.
Tyrin Turner also clarified that they were not giving out any funds like 100 or 200 thousand to make her stop spreading lies.
“She can say whatever she wants to say. We are comfortable in our own skin. We cool,” the artist shared.
Tyrin Turner then reminded the host about Jaguar’s appearance on Piers Morgan’s show and how the British journalist had to “take down” certain comments about Beyonce and Jay-Z made by Wright.
“Right, so that goes to show you that sometimes you just can’t be saying anything… if there’s no, uh, validity to things… I mean anybody can say whatever they want to say… but facts and fiction are two different things.”
Elsewhere in the chat, Jamie Foxx’s close friend shared how they met each other years back at a Roscoe store while buying chicken and waffles, and the Spider-Man actor was accompanied by his sister.
From there, they went on to become basketball buddies and he then appeared on Foxx’s popular sketch comedy TV series In Living Color.
Tyrin also recalled how during the initial days of their friendship, Jamie Foxx helped him out when he was “irritated” with a situation and gave him “sound advice.” Turner even joked that his friend, with whom he was currently collaborating on a lot of projects, was also a motivational speaker, much like Martin Luther King Jr.
He also described that they “bonded” because they were both “funny,” had similar “creative” processes, where they could “finish each other’s sentences.”
In brief, looking at Jaguar Wright’s claims about Jamie Foxx
In June 2024, Jaguar Wright appeared on the podcast Reallyfe Street Starz and claimed that Jamie Foxx constantly needed “transgender assistance” to come and “engage” at his parties and that he allegedly liked trans women.
Not only that, she alleged that the Ray actor reportedly made a move on her assistant and friend Gigi when they all seemingly met at the second inauguration party of the Obamas at The Park.
Elsewhere, she mentioned how Jamie Foxx reportedly hosted a lot of “n*ked basketball games” where everybody knew about his s*xuality. She further alleged anybody who went to his midnight parties purportedly became part of the alleged game where they had to guess whether the women “taking off their clothes” were “cisgender” or “transgender.”
Jaguar Wright wrapped up by claiming that a certain male R&B singer also engaged in s*xual acts with Jamie and she reportedly saw a “tape” of it.
Notably, Jamie Foxx’s name has recently been trending as he shared a friendship with now-disgraced hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was arrested and federally indicted last month. Before that, in April 2023, he had a mysterious medical emergency and was in a coma for three weeks.
Fortunately, he has made a recovery and will soon share his story on his upcoming Netflix special What Had Happened Was, which he filmed earlier this month in Atlanta, in front of a live audience.
