"23 and 38? Y'all better drag her like y'all did Draya"- Internet reacts as Ayesha Howard welcomes child after Anthony Edwards filed for paternity
Lil Baby's ex-girlfriend Ayesha Howard recently announced the birth of her baby on Instagram on Tuesday, October 22. Howard gushed about her "doll baby" on the platform with a series of pictures captioned:
"Golden girls."
By including "10/14" at the end of the caption, she also allegedly disclosed the newborn's birthday. However, the 38-year-old did not reveal the identity of the baby's father. Nevertheless, this happened after the baby’s alleged father, 23-year-old NBA player Anthony Edwards, filed for paternity and child support of the kid in September.
As the news and the pictures went viral online, netizens rushed to The Shade Room's Instagram post to react to the same. While some made jokes about the incident, others criticized the influencer for being with someone significantly younger, urging other internet users to troll her the same way they reportedly trolled Draya Michele.
The model and former Basketball Wives star Michele had come under fire for her relationship with NBA player Jalen Green, allegedly because he was 17 years younger than her.
"23 and 38? Y'all better drag her like y'all did Draya," one user said.
Other netizens felt the same way and criticized her for having a relationship with a 23-year-old despite being almost 40 years old herself, claiming that she liked younger men.
Meanwhile, some chastised her for having two wealthy baby daddies, Edwards and Lil Baby, whereas some called out Edwards for allegedly having four kids with different women in the same year, calling it a "financial suicide."
On the other hand, many Instagram users took to Howard's post to congratulate her.

In the announcement post of the birth of her baby girl, Ayesha Howard flaunted her baby bump in a translucent purple dress with a midriff cutout. This photo was from the time when she was pregnant. The influencer, who goes by the name "Little Ms. Golden" on Instagram, accessorized the maternity dress with a bedazzled headband and heels.
Ayesha Howard also uploaded a photo of her newborn child wearing pink clothing, with a purple heart emoji over her face, on her Instagram story the same day. She captioned it,
"Momma doll baby.”
According to Page Six’s October 22 report, Edwards, 23, filed a lawsuit against Howard in September to find out if he was the biological father of her child. According to court filings, Edwards has demanded a paternity test to prove the same. Additionally, the motive behind this is to settle a child support disagreement.
Edwards has also asked the court to order genetic testing for Ayesha Howard, himself, and the concerned child. Page Six's same report stated that Edwards' court document read,
"If genetic testing shows that the petitioner is the father, the petitioner requests an order establishing the minor child's paternity."
Moreover, the same source stated that on November 13, there will be a status conference regarding this matter.
Ayesha Howard also shares a young boy with rapper Lil Baby, named Jason. Meanwhile, Anthony Edwards is alleged to have fathered at least three other children in the last 12 months.
People Magazine’s October 9 report stated that on March 2, Edwards and his girlfriend Shannon gave birth to a baby girl. Edwards allegedly shares his other kids with other women.
On the other hand, Page Six stated in the same October 22 article that they requested comments from Ayesha Howard, Edwards, and his attorney on the recent matter, but are yet to receive a response.
