"Give us some answers about Diddy's parties, your husband's been close with him"— Candace Owens calls out Beyoncé amid Tina Knowles drama
In her latest YouTube episode, Conservative political commentator Candace Owens demanded Beyoncé address what happened at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ parties. On November 19, Candace Owens streamed the latest episode of her podcast titled Beyoncé’s Mommy Attacks Me On Instagram.
Owens opined that the singer should often interact with her followers by appearing in interviews rather than staying away from the limelight.
“Pretend you care about the commonwealth, maybe every two years come out, do a podcast, pretend to be a human being. Of course don’t say you support Donald Trump… There’s nothing that you do anymore that I respect. And I don’t dislike you, I want to make that very clear, I don’t find Beyoncé to be someone that is bothersome in any way but… some answers,” Owens said.
Candace Owens also advised the Grammy winner to be more "authentic."
“You want to be authentic, maybe give us some answers about Diddy’s parties, your husband’s been close with him. You think we’re just going to pass all that”
Her video comes after Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, shot down allegations of Beyoncé being paid $10 million to endorse Kamala Harris. Beyoncé has remained silent throughout the online drama.
Candace Owens addresses Beyoncé following feud with Tina Knowles
Candace Owens was one of the many to allege online that the musician was paid $10 million to speak at Kamala Harris’ Houston rally on October 25. In response, Tina Knowles took to Instagram to call the claims “fake news.” She also stated that her daughter “did not receive a penny” for endorsing Harris.
“In fact she [Beyoncé] actually paid for her own flights for her and her team, and total Glam. They are not only lying and disrespecting Beyoncé’s name but they are trying to further discredit the power of our vice president!,” Knowles added.
Knowles also requested Instagram to delete the social media post that reported on Candace Owens’ allegations of Beyoncé being paid. Following the same, the social networking site blurred the post and added an online note stating that it was “false information.”
In response to this, Candace Owens took to Instagram to opine that the singer was using her “burner account” to respond to Owens. The social media personality stated that she did not make the claims but “alleged” the reports.
“People share untrue reports on me all the time- do I call Mark Zuckerberg? Sending your literally mama to defend you as opposed to just responding to journalists asking for answers… is childish af,” Owens added.
Owens demanded Beyoncé address Jay-Z and Diddy’s friendship, as the trio have a decades-long friendship. The latter two have also collaborated on multiple business ventures, like Bad Boy Records, Roc-A-Fella Records, and other music projects.
Candace Owens is not the only one who raised eyebrows over Jay-Z and Beyoncé remaining silent over Combs’ arrest. Former Bad Boy Records artist Freddy P questioned Jay-Z in a The Art of Dialogue YouTube interview about why he is not supporting the disgraced rapper.
“Jay-Z, your son going through some financial issues right now. If Jay-Z supposed to be his uncle, he’s supposed to come through, right? Cut a check. Hold you off to the old boy, get right. These n***as ain’t going to come for you, Puff. They’ve been waiting because you didn’t deserve what you got,” Freddy P said.
Diddy was arrested on s*x trafficking, pr*stitution, and racketeering conspiracy charges. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
