In her detailed post on Instagram dated October 22, Ivanka Trump named squats, deadlifts, hinges, pushes, and pulls as the cornerstone movements of her fitness journey. Further, she considered weightlifting as an integral part of her routine, writing:

"Prioritizing form is essential; only then do I add weight. This ensures a safe and steady progression while maintaining the integrity of each movement. I incorporate mobility work within my sessions to enhance range of motion."

Trump revealed that weightlifting has enhanced both her resilience and overall athleticism. She added that she dedicates 3-4 days in her routine to strength training. Increasing her protein intake was also crucial for her in her fitness routine as the businesswoman revealed that she consumes 30-40 gms of protein in every meal.

Ivanka Trump added that she also enjoys occasional yoga sessions and indulges in outdoor activities with her children and friends. Some of the sports she mentioned in her post include "surfing, padel tennis, swimming in the ocean, wake surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, walking or golf."

In order to increase her cardiovuscular fitness, Trump incorporates "a couple of short (10 min), high-intensity interval training sessions (such as sprints)" in her fitness routine. This new balanced approach in her routine has worked well for her and added new energy to her life. However, Trump also added a disclaimer, noting:

"This is all highly personal in that what works is what you will actually do consistently."

Ivanka Trump's post also included a detailed video where she demonstrated the five key workout moves she undertakes in the gym to maintain her fitness. These included barbell back squats, lat pull-downs, deadlifts, TRX rows, and banded deficit curtsy lunges. The former First Daughter also broke down the weights used for each exercise and the number of times it is ideal to perform.
