Diddy's arrest on September 16, 2024, from a hotel in New York was followed by multiple allegations and rumors surrounding celebrities like Jay-Z and Will Smith who have been seen with the rapper at social gatherings.
On October 21, 2024, an Elon Musk parody X account called @argosaki tweeted a viral TikTok video claiming that arrest warrants have been issued for Rick Ross, Drake, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Ellen DeGeneres, Oprah Winfrey, and Will Smith, claiming some have already been arrested.
The TikTok video showcases a reporter saying that the biggest name so far to come out of the Last Night rapper's trial is that of JLo. Further into the video, a headline appears, which reads:
"Diddy's wealth will not get him 'special treatment' in prison, explains ex-inmate: 'Accept where you are'."
While the legitimacy of the video hasn't been confirmed, internet users took to X to comment on the same, wherein a user tweeted:
"I’ll believe it when I see it."
"If this is the case why isn’t this findable anywhere," an X user stated.
"I don’t believe it," another X user mentioned.
"Truth or click bait?" an internet user questioned.
However, some internet users commented on the celebrities linked to Diddy getting punished:

Five new lawsuits filed against Sean 'Diddy' Combs: Details explored
As per NBC News dated October 21, 2024, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee has filed five new civil lawsuits against Diddy in the Southern District of New York. While the suits don't disclose the names of the plaintiffs, they allege that the Coming Home rapper r*ped or s*xually assaulted the plaintiffs on separate accounts from 2000 to 2022.
The publication states that three of the plaintiffs are women and two are men, wherein one of the women alleged that the rapper r*ped her when she was 13 years old. Moreover, the rapper is also accused of drugging the three women and one of the men, according to the lawsuits.
In his statement to NBC News, Buzbee mentioned that he plans to file a total of seven suits by October 20, 2024. He also stated:
“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”
In other news, after his arrest, Diddy was indicted by a grand jury on charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The rapper has pleaded not guilty to all charges and has been denied bail thrice so far.
Diddy is currently placed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, and his trial is set to begin in May 2025. According to a Newsweek report dated September 17, 2024, the charge of racketeering carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, while s*x trafficking entails a minimum compulsory sentence of 15 years in prison or a maximum sentence of life in prison, and the maximum sentence for transportation to engage in prostitution is 10 years in prison. If found guilty on all charges, the rapper is looking at a minimum of 15 years in prison and the possibility of life imprisonment.
