"Kanye raised him right" — Netizens react as Saint West's YouTube channel gets deleted for anti-Kamala videos
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s son, Saint West, had his YouTube channel taken down after sharing allegedly anti-Kamala Harris content. If one searches for his page and the video-sharing platform now, they can read a message that indicates that the page is unavailable. The Daily Beast claimed that the Skims founder was behind the account’s removal.
Saint West boasted an account under the handle @TheGoatSaint on YouTube. Kim Kardashian revealed on social media that she allowed him to have his own account after making him sign a contract with her, which included him having his account taken down if he did not listen to his mother’s rules, as per Kardashian’s Instagram account.
Saint West’s YouTube channel was taken down after he shared allegedly derogatory content in which he compared the presidential candidate to a pile of poop and also videos that called her “dumb” and “stupid.”
In one video uploaded on his YouTube shorts, one could see a cartoon character looking at his foot and saying, “I stepped in sh*t,” with the next slide in the video showing Harris’ photograph at the bottom of his shoe.
Another video that remained on his account until October 29 included the case of the NBC series’ Saved by the Bell, where the cast’s public service announcement to stop cyberbullying ends up cyberbullying Harris, as West suggests that Harris is “crazy” and “dangerous.”
Netizens have since taken to social media to share their reactions, with many opining that Saint West shares the same Conservative sentiments as his father, Ye. One netizen commented:
"Kanye raised him right"
Others seemed to be displeased by Saint West allegedly being unable to express his opinions online. Comments read:
“Censoring children is a bad look,” an X user said.
“Bro is 8 years old and already involved in politics I see the Kanye in him,” a platform user said.
“Like father like son,” another internet user said.
Kim Kardashian took to her Instagram stories on September 3 to reveal that Saint West had to sign a contract with her, which read, “I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom’s rules in order to have a YouTube channel. I am not allowed to comment on any personal family information,” in case Saint wanted to have a YouTube account. Meanwhile, other reactions read:
“They are trying to silence him just like they did to his father,” an X user said.
“The kid can’t even do meme’s with out youtube getting but hurt thats sad,” a platform user said.
“Destined for greatness,” another netizen commented.
Kim Kardashian has worked on criminal justice reform with both Trump and Harris in the past. Meanwhile, other reactions read:
“So much for free speech,” an X user said.
“@KimKardashian quick endorse Kamala to fix this,” a netizen said online.
Inside Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's relationship with Donald Trump and Kamala Harris
In November 2022, AP reported that presidential candidate Donald Trump dined with Kanye West at his Mar-a-Lago club alongside far-right activist Nick Fuentes. Ye took to social media to reveal that he traveled to Florida to ask Trump to be his 2024 running mate. Ye said in his video:
“When Trump started basically screaming at me at the table telling me I was gonna lose. I mean, has that ever worked for anyone in history, telling Ye that I’m going to lose? You’re talking to Ye!”
In August 2024, Trump went on to call Ye “very complicated” but a “really nice guy,” with a “good heart,” while appearing on a livestream with Adin Ross.
Kim Kardashian met Trump in the Oval Office back in May 2018 and September of the same year when she attempted to get Alice Marie Johnson's life sentence reduced.
She also met Harris in April 2024 to discuss how Joe Biden implemented clemency powers in relation to non-violent drug offenders being outdated.
Kardashian has also spoken about her relationship with Trump. While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! earlier this year, she said:
“I don’t think he likes me very much. But I’m OK. I think he did amazing stuff with prison reform and let a lot of people out, and signed an amazing bill- the First Step Act- and that’s what I’ll focus on.”
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are parents to North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm, who are 11, six, eight and five years old respectively.
