Who is Pookie? Hawk Tuah girl Haliey Welch introduces her boyfriend on the Talk Tuah podcast
Internet personality Haliey Welch, aka Hawk Tuah girl, introduced her boyfriend on her Talk Tuah podcast, months after speculations about her love life and the mystery guy called "Pookie." In the Tuesday, November 12 episode of the podcast, Welch revealed her boyfriend Pookie, whose real name is Kelby Blackwell, to her viewers.
Haliey Welch's relationship rumors and Pookie's name had come out since June 2024, when she shouted a certain "Pookie" during her now-viral TikTok interview. She can be heard in the video saying:
"I love you, Pookie! Forever!"
Since then, the internet personality has shared a couple of things about her relationship status while keeping the identity of her mystery man a secret. When Logan Paul asked her who Pookie was during her appearance in BS with Jake Paul in July 2024, Welch didn't reveal his identity but shared that he had black hair and "the longest eyelashes you'd ever seen." At the time, Hawk Tuah girl said they were not official and were in a "situationship."
But in the October 16 episode of her Talk Tuah podcast, the internet star revealed she and Pookie are now an item, saying:
"Pookie's my officially my man."
She also revealed that while they only made their relationship official recently, they've known each other for three years.

"You can believe what you want at the end of the day. I know what I feel in my heart and that I love Haliey, and that's just that."

He said that he takes offense over people sliding into his girlfriend's DMs, but he clarified that it "really depends on the person and what they say." He also joked that if famous people slid into Haliey Welch's DMs, he wouldn't care.
Blackwell also revealed that his workmates call him "Pookie" now, joking that he no longer has an identity.
