"Why is Jill so horrible and not help him" — Internet criticizes Jill Biden as Joe Biden struggles to walk on sand at his beach house in Delaware

The First Lady of the United States, Jill Biden, has recently come under scrutiny online. A video of Jill and Joe Biden, captured by C-SPAN, went viral on Sunday, November 10. The footage showed them walking on sand at their beach house in Delaware.

According to Times Now News, the president was walking down the Gordons Pond Trail in Rehoboth Beach near his beach house while struggling to move around. The video has gone quite popular on X, with over 3 million views.

Netizens soon criticized Jill Biden for not assisting her husband, who appeared to be losing his balance a few times while walking through the sand. A user (@Debra088) took to X and wrote:

"Why is Jill so horrible and not help him."
"Wouldn't you think Jill could hold her husband's hand or grab his arm for safetys sake?" another user wrote on X.
"That’s just pathetic. Jill just doesn’t even care he’s about to eat sand at any moment," added a tweet.
"This actually just sad at this point, and why doesn't his wife help him?" wondered another user.

A lot of netizens even explained how they felt bad for Joe Biden. A netizen tweeted:

"I never expected to feel sorry for him. But here we are."
"Guy's 81 cut him some slack," commented another one.
"Damn, Jill! You can't help your 81 yr old husband? This is shameful," wrote a user.

Joe Biden's cognitive abilities had previously been questioned

The video had gone viral across the internet after Joe Biden had already gone through scrutiny due to his health. For the unversed, he stepped down from the presidential race around the same time after what was termed a "disastrous debate" by Times Magazine. The debate even gave rise to further questions about his health.

Florida neurosurgeon Dr. Brett Osborn told FOX News Digital after Biden stepped down that he had allegedly shown symptoms of cognitive impairment for several years. According to NBC News, while many allegations about Biden losing his memory had previously sparked, he refuted the speculations.

Meanwhile, President Biden announced that he would be hosting Donald Trump in the White House on Wednesday. In a press release, as reported by CNN in an article on November 6, the meeting would happen at 11 am local time. According to the White House, Joe Biden had sent this invitation to Trump during their post-election phone call.

Trump's campaign spokesperson, Steven Cheung, further described the call as quite appreciative, as per ABC News. After the election results, Joe acknowledged the Republican candidate's win and further said:

"I will do my duty as president. I'll fulfill my oath, and I will honor the Constitution. On January 20, we'll have a peaceful transfer of power here in America."

Donald Trump returned to power once again this year in the presidential elections after losing to Biden in 2020.
