"Your dad frequently went to Epstein Island" — Internet reacts as Don Jr. slams alleged "Diddy Freak Offs" attendees speaking about "women’s issues"

On October 29, the former president's son Donald Trump Jr., popularly nicknamed Don Jr., took to social media to condemn alleged "Diddy Freak Offs" attendees for speaking about women's issues.

For the unversed, rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested on s*x trafficking charges in September, with his indictment alleging he orchestrated s*x parties called "freak offs."

Diddy allegedly forced women to participate in these "freak offs" with male escorts and would record the events as blackmail. Authorities reportedly found electronic evidence of the events when his homes were raided in March.

In his tweet on October 29, Trump Jr. wrote:

While Trump Jr. did not explicitly mention anyone by name, many assumed the tweet was directed at the Democratic party and its supporters, given one of Kamala Harris's main talking points is women's reproductive rights and abortion.

Netizens pointed out the irony of Trump Jr. for criticizing Combs' alleged associates when his father, Donald Trump, was reportedly friendly with Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted s*x offender accused of operating a s*x trafficking ring.

"Your dad frequently went to Epstein Island and flew on Jeffrey's old jet as recently as two months ago, on the campaign trail," one person tweeted.

Many agreed with this sentiment, talking about Donald Trump's alleged connection with Epstein and Combs.

"I'm sure Daddy is on that list just like he's on Epstein's list. S*x trafficking seems to be something he'd respect," one person tweeted.
"If you’ve been found guilty of s*xual assault, ordered to pay millions, had Epstein as a frequent guest or all over his call logs, and even show up as the first defendant alongside him in a lawsuit filed by a 13-year-old Jane Doe (SICK), and you call yourself a protector of women? You and TFG, your call “daddy,” need to sit this one out, Junior. What has Donald Trump said about Sean 'Diddy' Combs?" another person questioned.
"If you were at Jeffry Epstein’s parties you should not be running for President," someone else asked.
"What if someone had been pals with Epstein?" another user commented.

However, others agreed with Trump Jr., claiming that Harris received support from Hollywood celebrities because they were all on Combs' "freak offs" list.

"Yes all the Hollywood leads are on diddy's list that's why they do not support Donald Trump," one person wrote.
"Sounds like great advice but you know as well as I do that they won’t because If they had any common sense at all they wouldn’t have been participating in those types of activities to begin with!" someone else added.
"Exactly. You know that so many of those celebs are on those tapes," another user tweeted.

Trump posted an edited picture of Diddy and Harris

Former president and Republican candidate Donald Trump shared a doctored image of his opponent Kamala Harris with Diddy following the latter's arrest. The post, uploaded to Trump's Truth Social platform, had the caption:

“Kamala, doing the Diddy?”

However, the image was debunked. According to NBC News, the actual image was a 2001 picture of Harris with talk show host Montel Williams. Trump deleted the picture shortly after uploading it.

Diddy was arrested on September 16

Diddy was arrested on September 16 in a New York hotel months after Homeland Security conducted raids in his Miami and LA mansions in March. The rapper's legal troubles began last year when singer Cassie Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, sued him for r*pe and assault lasting a decade.

The lawsuit detailed how Ventura was allegedly forced to participate in Combs' "freak offs." Combs claimed he was innocent; however, a 2016 CCTV video of him assaulting Ventura was released by CNN in May 2024. The physical assault, captured at an LA hotel, showed the rapper beating, kicking, and throwing things at her.

Combs is currently at the Metropolitan Detention Center. His trial will begin in May 2025. While in custody, the rapper still faces multiple lawsuits accusing him of r*pe, s*xual assault, abuse, and harassment, with new suits being filed every week.
