"He's an all rounder" - Mike Tyson heaps praise on Gervonta Davis ahead of 'Rolly' Romero fight
Mike Tyson recently spoke out about the upcoming match-up between Gervonta Davis and 'Rolly' Romero. 'Tank' is set to fight Rolly on May 28th at the Barclays Center in New York.
Ahead of this highly awaited title fight, the former Heavyweight Champion of the world weighed in on the bout and gave his predictions:
"I think Rolly has a lot of heart, he's tough. But this guy Gervonta Davis he's an all rounder, you know. He's built like a bruiser slugger but he's a master boxer too. So he's so versatile in his style of boxing, he's gonna be almost impossible to beat. I'm not saying he is but it's gonna seem that way. He's short, he's just another animal. He's highly sophisticated, he uses his height to his advantage."
Gervonta Davis is one of the hardest hitters in the division and is an unbeaten knockout artist. However, after his last fight against Isaac Cruz, questions of his defense arose when the Mexican fighter was able to land many good shots against the champion.
His current opponent is much bigger and stronger than Cruz, which many fans believe could pose real problems for 'Tank'.

Joe Rogan reveals why Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson is a better fight to make over Logan Paul
UFC commentator Joe Rogan spoke about why he thinks Mike Tyson should fight Jake Paul instead of his elder brother Logan Paul. The Paul brothers have been linked in a fight against 'Iron' Mike for a long time now.
While Mike Tyson still believes he will not come out of retirement again to fight, Rogan believes he should fight 'The Problem Child':
“The best example is [Mike] Tyson; 55 years old, and they’re still talking about him fighting either Logan or Jake Paul. Like, that is crazy. And I don’t know what would happen.” Rogan added, “I think Jake would probably be the better fight. The better one is Jake. Jake is the one who knocks people out. Logan’s more of a boxer.”
Jake Paul is currently preparing for his next fight, on August 13th against an unnamed opponent. Logan Paul, on the other hand, is busy with the world of NFTs and his 99 Originals project and has not announced any fights yet.
