"That's wild" - Ryan Garcia reacts after full 20-minute video of Gervonta Davis and Devin Haney's "doghouse rules" sparring session hits the internet

Ryan Garcia reacted to a video in which Gervonta Davis and Devin Haney are seen going toe-to-toe in a "doghouse rules" sparring match. 'KingRy' has never shied away from slinging dirt at his rivals, but here he was seen praising his last opponent after the clip of 'The Dream' and 'Tank' got released where both can be seen hurting each other.

Garcia wrote:

"Damn Devin Haney stopped Gervonta davis that’s wild. I want to see that. Would be a good one"

The 25-year-old prodigy from California has fought both pugilists seen in the video. Although he did win a majority decision against Haney, he crumbled to a straight left to the body when he met Davis in the ring last fall.

The sparring clip fueled bitter relationship between Gervonta Davis and Floyd Mayweather

When Mayweather Jr. met Gervonta Davis back in 2015, he saw potential in Davis and subsequently put him under the banner of his Mayweather Promotions. Their relationship soured after seven years when the lightweight champion uploaded a video on social media warning other athletes not to sign with the company and calling out the promotion for using unscrupulous tactics against its own products.

Although 'Money' Mayweather and 'Tank' Davis are often seen publicly in ostensibly cordial terms, it is well-known how acrimonious their relationship is as it is well-documented by their frequent social media clashes. The release of the sparring footage has further antagonized their association.

The exact origins of their ill-natured relationship are uncertain. Nonetheless, Davis has an undefeated record of 30-0-0 and in his recent outing defeated No. 7-ranked Frank Martin via an uppercut followed by a straight left that sent the formerly undefeated fighter to the ground.
