The recently concluded AEW Pay-Per-View saw Chris Jericho being crowned as the first-ever AEW World Champion.

Not only that, but we also witnessed an adrenaline-fuelled bout between The Young Bucks and The Lucha Brothers, which many fans claim to be the match of the night.

You could say that an event like All Out had something for every category of Professional Wrestling fan out there. But the Pay-Per-View was unnecessarily lengthy, which took away some momentum from the matches that occurred during the middle of the card.

Regardless, the latter half of the event was quite amazing.

Here are a few interesting observations from AEW All Out:

#3 Why Cody's matches have elevated AEW's Pay-Per-Views so far

As witnessed earlier during this year's AEW Double or Nothing Pay-Per-View, Cody vs. Dustin Rhodes proved to be a match of the year candidate.

Shawn Spears vs. Cody had a few elements that were very similar to the aforementioned match.

Cody's bouts in events like these stand out from the rest of the card. Even if you won't see the flashiest of moves in a Cody match, fans are likely to witness an old-school bout with a lot of shenanigans.

These shenanigans are usually attributed to some Professional Wrestling history, as seen in both matches previously mentioned above.

AEW Pay-Per-Views have something for every type of wrestling fan, and Cody's matches deliver an old-school feeling that reminds us of classic bouts where anything could happen at any given time.

Even the entrances are given extensive attention in this case, as compared to the rest of the matches on the same card.

So it goes without saying that the event would have felt incomplete without that bout taking place last night.

Not only did it entertain, but it also kicked off the superior half of the card during last night's Pay-Per-View.
