The women's revolution movement has been an unparalleled success for both sports entertainment in general and WWE in particular. After all, WWE's current top star is Becky Lynch, who along with Charlotte and Ronda Rousey made history by being the first women to main event a WrestleMania PPV.

Gone are the days when women's wrestling was just an excuse for eye candy. Modern women wrestlers are just as tough, capable, and technically sound as the men. In fact, some of them are better than men.

WWE has made good on its promise to continue to take the women's division seriously by signing some of the world's top talents. Asuka was joined by fellow countrywomen Kairi Sane and Io Shirai. Becky Lynch was a mainstay of the European wrestling scene, and of course, there is homegrown talent like Charlotte Flair.

But as WWE continues to expand, the demand for more shows will mean a need for new talent. While the WWE women's roster is stacked from top to bottom, there are still some wrestling talents that they need to acquire if they want to continue their dominance.

Here are seven women who the WWE needs to sign.

#1 Kelly Klein

Real Name: Mary Elizabeth Monroe

Years as a professional wrestler: 12 (veteran)

Wrestling style: Technical wrestling with some power moves.

Currently employed by: Ring of Honor and the independent scene.

Kelly Klein made her debut for Heartland Wrestling Association way back in 2007, when women's wrestling was still coming out of the dark ages of inappropriate matches. Trained by such luminaries as BJ Whitmer, she refused to be just another pretty face and worked hard to develop a deep moveset and the power necessary to employ it.

Klein is on her second reign as Ring of Honor Women's Champion and has also worn championship gold for several other promotions.

Why the WWE needs to sign her: Kelly Klein is a great technical wrestler, arguably as good as Bret Hart during his heyday. Her experience speaks volumes and she can put on a good match with even relatively green talent, a huge plus for an ever-expanding roster.
