5 WWE Superstars who were injured and when they might return
Pro wrestling is not a sport for people adverse to pain.
Despite the fact that the matches are scripted, the winners and losers predetermined, the physicality and impacts are real enough to hurt. Even a minor move like a clothesline involves more pain than the average person would be willing to endure for any amount of money.
Night after night, these superstars put their health and well being on the line. Sadly, sometimes they become injured as a result of their dangerous, physical activity.
Here are five superstars who were injured recently, and when they might return.
#5 Dean Ambrose
The Injury that shelved him: Torn triceps.
When he might return: The first Raw after WrestleMania.
The popular Lunatic Fringe suffered a major setback after the oft-ballyhooed Shield reunion when he suffered a torn tricep.
After a painful surgery and recovery, it seems Dean Ambrose is getting very close to getting his medical clearance. Rumors abound that he may return the night after Mania, but there's always a possibility he will be involved with the biggest PPV of the year in a non-wrestling capacity.
