Traits in Anime Reborn offer significant buffs that you need to defeat waves of ferocious enemies. While your base-level units can be helpful, rerolling an appropriate Trait for them will strengthen their arsenal. While there's a plethora of Traits available in this game, figuring out which one to have can often get confusing.
Keeping that in mind, here's an Anime Reborn Traits tier list where we have ranked every option. You can refer to it and learn which ones work best for you.

Tier list of Traits in Anime Reborn
In the following table, we have ranked all the Traits from best (S-tier) to worst (D-tier).
As you can see in the above tier list, Paladin and Miracle are two of the best Traits to have in Anime Reborn. Both belong to the Secret rarity and it's a no-brainer that a rarer Trait will give stronger buffs. Paladin will give you a 100% damage and 10% range buff. Moreover, you will get an ability called God's Chosen that gives you a 20% chance of activating a random buff.

On the other hand, the Miracle Trait provides a 300% damage, 10% SPA, and 20% range buff. Apart from this, you also get the Miracle ability, which triggers one of the following buffs randomly:
- Miracle 1: +15% DoT damage
- Miracle 2: +20% damage
- Miracle 3: +20% money gained
- Miracle 4: +20% range
The rest of the S-tier Traits, like Ethereal, Heavenly, and Demon, are among the best options too. Every Trait from this tier does a great job of boosting your damage, so you can't really go wrong with them.
As we descend the tier list, you can see units like Slayer and Potential. If you do not have a Trait from the S-tier, these two can be great alternatives. On top of a 25% damage boost, the Slayer Trait gives you the Giant Slayer ability, which increases your damage output by 1% for every 2% of your enemy's missing HP. This Trait can especially benefit you if the match keeps on going for a long time.
While the Potential Trait does not give any damage boost, it surely does increase your XP gains by 40%. This is rather helpful as you will be unlocking plenty of rewards as you level up; many of these will be items that can smoothen your progression.
In the B-tier, you get Traits that provide no extraordinary buffs to your units. It contains options like Warrior 3, Agile 3, Sniper 3, and Wealth. The Warrior Trait boosts your damage, Agile reduces your SPA, and Sniper increases your range. These are all basic level advantages that you can get from those in the S and A tiers. Apart from this, the Wealth Trait is worth having, because it increases your Yen earnings by 25% per kill for normal or farm units in this Roblox title.
Lastly, the Traits mentioned in the C and D tiers are quite common and provide insignificant and unnoticeable buffs. You can rely on them in the initial stages, however, they will likely become useless in later periods.
