Event overview
The Xmas Event is set in a brand-new snowy overworld, where the event activities take place. This event resets the playing field for all players by introducing Xmas Power, a new power level separate from your base game strength. Xmas Power can be gained by defeating foes in the Xmas Event world.
Defeating enemies also grants you Candy Canes, the primary currency of the event. You can start by defeating Happy Mer, who has an HP pool of 20,000, and gradually progress until you reach billions in power. Then, you can use Candy Canes to perform summons on the Summon portal and obtain limited Pets.
The gist of this event is to use everything in the overworld to accrue Xmas Power and defeat the strongest foes for power and Candy Canes.
Xmas Trial
The Xmas Trial is an event-exclusive mode where you must go through a series of rooms while progressively battling more powerful foes. This Trial features dozens of rooms with enemies that have trillions of HP, which can take a long time to whittle down.
There is a 30-minute time limit in place and the objective is to go as far as you can. You can earn Strike Crowns, Released Souls, Passive Ring, Gingerbread, and more by going through the different rooms.
A good way to clear many rooms is to go on a cooperative session with your friends. Teaming up with them allows you to clear rooms at a faster pace, particularly if all four players join in. This can make short work of the massive boss HP pools. And since the rewards are equally distributed to all players, everyone benefits from cooperative play.
Limited Pets
The Xmas Event features limited Pets that are more effective in the event world than those from the base game. These Pets possess a special multiplier for the event that amplifies your combat performance, making it imperative to summon them to hasten your progression.
You can get these Pets from the Summon station next to the event spawn point. Each summon costs 5,000 Candy Canes, granting you one of six different Pets based on their rarity. The Secret, Exotic, and Mythic units are particularly difficult to obtain, which is why the game offers a pity system.
You are guaranteed the Mythic unit after 2,000 summons, the Secret unit after 60,000 pulls, and the Exotic unit after 2 million summons.

Xmas Passive Rerolls
