Creatures of Sonaria is an open-world survival experience where you take control of a creature and raise it to adulthood. One of the easiest ways to obtain a creature is to complete Creature Missions. These different sets of objectives give you a tour of the game’s systems while rewarding you for your effort. They double as the game’s tutorial and give you something challenging to work toward.

This guide covers Creature Missions and lists the ones currently active in Creatures of Sonaria.

How Creature Missions work in Creatures of Sonaria

Creature Missions are sets of tasks available from the very moment you start the game. These objectives can be completed by playing through the game normally, but they also double as a checklist of things to do. If needed, you can view the list of missions in the Mission tab and find out what you may have missed.

You receive the associated creature for completing each Creature Mission. The organism you receive as a reward can be of any size and type, giving you access to a multitude of playable beings for free. Each Creature Mission typically comes with up to four tasks, depending on how complex the objectives are.

Certain Creature Missions cannot be viewed and are left a secret for the player to discover organically. Of the 16 Creature Missions, the objectives of seven are not specified in the game until after you’ve already completed them. However, you can view the associated creature’s silhouette and its name from the Missions tab.

We recommend parsing through the list of Creature Missions to collect every creature and understand what the game has to offer as a first-timer.

Aleicuda (Secret Missions)

Dart 50 times as an Aquatic or Semi-Aquatic creature.
Deal enough Bleed to a Tier 4+ Aquatic creature for it to die to Bleed stacks and not player damage.
Attack an Aquatic creature 50 times.
Spin the Bleeder Gacha five times.

Arsonos (Secret Missions)

Die to a meteor during a Volcanic Eruption as an adult creature once.
Die in a lava pool once.

Astrothi (Secret Missions)

Nest five players as a Flier during Fall or Winter.
Survive as a Tier 1 Flier for 900 seconds.

Apofuex

Experience two Falls in the Swamp biome.
Emite the Radiation ability for 10 minutes.
Deal 60 points of the poison element.
Spin the Toxic Gacha three times.

Cavengauu

Kill five photovore creatures during Autumn.
Swim 10,000 studs during the Drought Season.
Experience the Famine Season five times.
Grow a medium-sized Photocarnivore creature or higher to age 100 five times.

Eiroca

Kill an Adult medium-sized or larger aquatic creature in the Seaweeds Depth biome twice.
Travel 50,000 studs as an aquatic creature.
Spin the Aquatic Gacha five times.
Eat 100 units of underwater herbivore food.

Frigiboa

Experience the Winter season five times.
Swim 10,000 studs during the winter.
Eat 100 Rotting meat as a creature with the Iron Stomach ability.
Live for 30 minutes as a tiny-sized creature.

Militrua (Secret Missions)

Heal 50 points of Shock damage.
Take 10,000 damage.

Parux

Travel 15,000 studs in the Pride Rocks Biome.
Deal 200 points of the Injury Ailment.
Kill five adult herbivores at night.
Use the Ambush ability 30 times.

Phyremia

Grow a medium-sized or higher glider to age 100 three times.
Heal 50 points of Burn damage.
Experience three Volcanic Eruptions.
Glide 25,000 studs as a glider.

Sha’Rei

Grow a medium-sized creature to age 100 three times.
Experience the Fall season three times.
Kill an adult medium-sized or higher creature as a small-sized or lower creature twice.
Stay invisible for a total of 15 minutes.

Shararook (Secret Missions)

Travel 20,000 studs during nighttime as a Terrestrial creature.
Kill five adult creatures during a Blood Moon event.
Survive five nights as a Terrestrial creature.

Vaumora (Secret Missions)

Survive a Thunderstorm for 900 seconds.
Experience five Goliath-class Tornadoes.

Venuella (Secret Missions)

Kill five Tier 4+ Fliers.
Survive a Thunderstorm as a non-Photovore.
Nest three Tier 3+ fliers while age 100 in Spring.
Spin the Photovore Gacha five times.

Yenyasha

Experience three Thunderstorms as a non-aquatic creature (can use semi-aquatics, glider semi-aquatics, and all-terrains).
Experience three Thunderstorms as an aquatic creature.
Travel 15,000 studs as a semi-aquatic.
Hatch five players as a medium-sized or higher Aquatic creature.

Zethines (Secret Missions)

Deal 500 points of Bleed.
Heal 500 points of Bleed.
