Dragon Adventures Halloween Event guide
Dragon Adventures is a Roblox title where players can adopt and tame their very own dragons. With the Halloween season now afoot, the game implemented an extensive four-week-long Halloween Event. Introduced to the game on October 11, 2024, this event introduces a brand-new currency, several event-exclusive Dragons, a new map, and various rewards to earn.
This guide provides a thorough look at the Halloween Event in Dragon Adventures.
Breaking down the Halloween Event in Dragon Adventures
Spooky Castle, Weekly event additions, and event-specific Dragons
The Halloween Event kicked off on October 11, 2024, adding the first week of All Hallow’s Eve-themed content to the experience. The first of these is the Spooky Castle, a floating haunted island that has been a staple of Halloween Events in the game. You can access it by walking into the Teleporter and choosing the location.
Once at the location, you can fight various enemies and collect numerous resources while exploring the castle grounds. You can also find the Merge Lab, which lets you combine multiple Halloween-exclusive Dragons and create a new one.
Week 1 saw the addition of the new Bone Element, cosmetic traits, Bone Potion, and event-specific shop. It also set the stage for the type of content that was to follow for the remainder of the month.
The game added two new event-exclusive Dragons during the Halloween celebration. Here are the Dragons introduced during the event, along with their acquisition methods:
- Dratheros: Obtained through the Possessed Egg, the Balefire Egg, or by merging five Goliatomb Dragons at the Merge Lab.
- Djaevelhest: Obtained through the Balefire Egg or by merging five Dratheros Dragons at the Merge Lab.
Additionally, these Dragons made a return from previous years’ Halloween Events:
- Araneaix
- Dysuva
- Goliatomb
- Paranox
- Paukiki
- Scrawei
- Skelltor
Paranox is also a featured boss fight at the Mansion Hall. The Mansion Hall can be unlocked for 250 Candies, giving you access to the boss fight. This fight lasts for three rounds, during which you must exploit the Dragon’s vulnerability phases to whittle its health down and defeat him. You can obtain a Balefire Egg each time you take down Paranox, along with potions or Candy.

Missions, Egg Tombs, Trick-or-Treating, Egg Tomb, and Halloween Wheel
The Halloween Event adds numerous missions to the experience that are only active for a week. These Weekly Mission sets reward you with Candy upon completion, provided you can finish them within the time limit. After their expiration, they can be unlocked for 100 Robux.
A special set of missions called the Twin Atlas Halloween Invasions was added on October 26, 2024. These involve interacting with the celebration-exclusive Trick-or-Treat feature, allowing players to earn Candy by successfully winning a card-matching memory game. You can do this by knocking at one of the castle doors or by interacting with other players.
Here are the Twin Atlas Halloween Invasion objectives and rewards:
- Trick-or-Treat at five doors for 10 Candies.
- Trick-or-Treat with five players for 20 Candies.
- Spawn two ghosts from the Egg Tomb for 30 Candies.
- Defeat 10 Halloween mobs for 40 Candies.
- Defeat Paranox in The Mansion Hall once for 50 Candies.
After executing a Trick-or-Treat attempt, the feature enters a 20-minute cooldown for doors. In contrast, you will only have to wait five minutes to reattempt a Trick-or-Treat with a specific player.
A major part of the Halloween Event is the Egg Tomb station. You can buy the Possessed and Balefire Eggs for 100 and 400 Candies in this area, respectively. This triggers a minigame which entails chasing a ghost carrying your purchase. Fly into the ghost to collect the egg and hatch it for a reward well-deserved.
Additionally, you can spend Tokens at the Halloween Wheel for Potions, Candies, Eggs, the Vampire Collar, and other items. Its pool contains 17 items of varying rarities, and the higher the rarity, the better the reward. You can obtain Tokens by opening Halloween chests, smashing Pumpkins, or through Robux.
Chests, Event shop, and rewards
The Spooky Castle is peppered with Halloween Chests, each containing a randomized amount of Candy. Each day during the event period, these Chests spawn in 15 different locations and can be opened with little effort on your pet’s part. They also have a chance to drop a Halloween Spin Token or a Possessed Egg.
Other ways of receiving rewards include the following:
- Whittling down the Balefire Crystal Shards that spawn every 30 minutes.
- The Random Events Ghost Catcher and Pumpkin Smasher for Candy and Possessed Eggs.
- Defeating mobs on the castle grounds for Candy, Eggs, and other randomized loot.
- Fishing at the designated areas for various potions.
One of the easiest ways to obtain rewards during the Halloween Event is by using event-exclusive currency to purchase items at the Accessory and Event shops. You can use Eggs at the Event Shop to buy themes, potions, Pooki variations, etc. These require you to spend between 2 and 10 Eggs per item.
Meanwhile, the Accessory Shop includes various cosmetics, the prices of which range from 75 to 1,000 Candies. You can collect several Halloween-themed cosmetic sets to go with your clothing, perfectly matching the festive spirit.
