Feathers can be collected passively, so you simply need to continue playing the game until you have the required amount. Once you have them, click the Customize option to change your bird selection and switch to the Unlockables tab to purchase the Congo Peafowl.
The update also brought in changes to the wings of certain birds, tweaking them to make their animations and overall appearance smoother and more aesthetically fitting. Here is a list of the birds updated with this patch:

You can explore the Village anew with the latest patch and see how much the area has changed. You can also come up with a few roleplaying scenarios with your friends during your exploits.
The Head Turning feature implemented in the previous update has received a minor tweak in its functionality. The tweak allows the feature to remain switched on by default, with the option for it to be toggled off from the Settings menu. You can scroll down to the bottom to find the toggle and use it per your preferences.
