How to complete the Howl at the Moon event in Sonic Speed Simulator
The event banner for the Howl at the Moon event is found near the Pumpkin Hill portal in the spawn area. Upon interacting with the banner, the lore of this event is revealed. The Eggman has imprisoned the Werehog and tied him with chains. You must complete four tasks to break them and unlock the Chained-Up Werehog in this Roblox title.
Below, we have mentioned all the tasks that you need to complete in the Howl at the Moon event in Sonic Speed Simulator:
Task 1
- Collect 500 Sun Medals from the Pumpkin Hill Time Trials
- Reward: 2x Dark Gaia Trail
Task 2
- Collect 500 Moon Medals from Races
- Reward: 3x Dark Gaia Trail

Thankfully, the tasks in this event are not that difficult and can be completed in one session. You can easily destroy the Dark Bats and Candy Orbs in the Pumpkin Hill area by sprinting through the track. For those unaware, the Dark Bat appears as a floating piranha with a shade of blue and green. To destroy it and the Candy Orbs, you simply jump on them once.
You also need to collect 500 Sun Medals from the Pumpkin Hill Time Trials. While completing this task, always aim for the Gold as it gives you 50 Sun Medals. To earn the Gold, you will have to complete the Time Trial within 1 minute and 20 seconds. Similarly, here's how many Sun Medals you can get on Silver and Bronze positions:
Silver
- Complete within 1 minute and 40 seconds.
- Get 25 Sun Medals
Bronze
- Complete within 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
- Get 15 Sun Medals
Lastly, you must get the 500 Moon Medals from the various Races in this game. It should be noted that you will get five Moon Medals upon finishing the race in first place. However, the amount of Moon Medals can increase if there are more players. Here's how:
- If it's a 2-player race then the winner will get +10 Moon Medals.
- If it's a 3-player race then the winner will get +20 Moon Medals.
- If it's a 4-player race then the winner will get +40 Moon Medals.
