Tower Defense Simulator requires you to participate in battles using units against waves of enemies to defend your home base. With its latest v1.42.0 update, the game has reworked the Commando tower. The focus of update v1.42.0 is the Commando rework, which updates and modernizes the existing Commando tower. Previously, it was unobtainable after the expiration of the Area 51 event in 2019.

Now, the Commando tower has access to new tools and visuals, as listed below:

Updated the base model and the Pirate skin, improving their overall visual qualities.
Added a new Trooper skin, which can be obtained through the T.D.S. Commandos mission.
Improved the stat values for each level of the Commando’s upgrade tree.
Added a Missile ability at level 3 and higher. Missiles deal high damage with the ability to stun enemies with upgrades at level 4 and above.

Fall Theme Lobby, game changes, and upcoming updates

After the end of the Halloween event, the lobby has been redecorated to match the Autumn theme. Called the Fall Theme Lobby, it will remain active until the end of the season. For the time being, Candy Corns can still be earned, dropping twice as frequently now.

Other changes include the following bug fixes and updates:

Fixed issues with emote interactions.
Fixed Sentry lifespan with time-scale.
Addressed issues with the Turret Crossbow’s level 3 and level 4 animations.
Squashed a bug that interfered with the Fallen Honor Guard attack.
Removed a glitch that caused the Blizzard Bomb to cause infinite freeze.

With the forthcoming updates, the following improvements and upgrades are planned to be implemented:

Molten rework.
PvP functions.
Operation I.C.E.
