Bengal skating teams announced

Kolkata, Dec 18 (PTI) The Roller Skating Association of West Bengal today picked teams for various age groups for the upcoming Nationals.

The 55th National Speed Skating Championship is scheduled in Chennai from January 27-31 next year.

About 100 skaters took part in the state meet in four age groups and based on their show, the Bengal teams were picked.

Teams:

Under-12, boys: Kushad Chakraborty, Yash Kejriwal, Divyans Chandak, Priyansh Jain, Auysh Chouhan, Archisman Sharma, Garv Kejriwal; Girls: Trisha Bahety, Vidishaa Mundhra, Divya Agarwal, Vedika Popat, Mansvi Poddar.

U-16, boys: Pratik Bajaj, Aditya Kaushik, Hitesh Bhartia, Ryan Mukherjee, Vidipt Khetriwal, Devanssh Baldwa, Anish Tulsian; girls: Ridhi Bahety, Shagun Pagaria, Urvashi Suarana, Yashvi Naygandhi, Aishi Mishra, Diva Bhattacharya

Above 16, boys: Rohan Kathod, Yash Lundia, Surya Bhattacharjee, Ganesh Mondal, Aranyadeb Sarkar, Tenzing Bhutia, Paranjay Mundra
