There are plenty of managers who have spent huge sums of money on players. Sometimes, their investments pay off while sometimes the players become expensive flops and the manager is criticised for investing too much money.While most of the managers on this list have managed to win multiple trophies, 2 managers who are among the top 10 in terms of expenditure on transfers have failed to win a single trophy!
