3 Possible Endings to the Shield - Authority Feud

SmackDown may only be seen as a second tier show by most of the WWE fans, but what happened this week on SmackDown was something which could change the course of some big names.While many were expecting the Shield to break up and face eachother at WrestleMania, the company decided to throw in a dirty twist of themselves by dragging the Authority into everything. The hounds of justice were seen locking horns with Kane and look certain to face Kane at WrestleMania.But the question lingering around was who will accompany the big red monster at WrestleMania, and that seemed answered this week on SmackDown as the New Age Outlaws jumped in to take out the Shield and did the dirty work alongside the director of operations.Though nothing is confirmed as for now, the feud between the Authority and Shield seems to be heading somewhere so lets take a look at the possible endings that it could have.

#3 Six man tag team match at WrestleMania which completes the face turn of Sheild

Why: it is the easiest and most predictable way to end the feud. Though it might sound boring, with all the confusions going around how to book WrestleMania, WWE might go with the safest option after all. 

The Shield could be worthy concern for Triple H and his authority and after Daniel Bryan and CM Punk successfully pulled off the Anti-Authority hero character, the Shield could do the same as well which further delays their breakup making it worth the wait. 

How: Kane books the six men tag team match at WrestleMania and could hire some extra muscle in the form of 3MB or other mid carder to make sure that he walks out on the winning side. However, the Hounds of Justice could get every obstacle out of the way and get the win. 

Kane’s heel brilliance will make the Shield look like the good guys which makes this one work. To add a bit more drama to the whole match, Kane could also put the career of Shield on the line making it a do or die situation for them.
