5 best ways to fix the WWE Divas Revolution
The Divas Revolution was met with delayed criticism after Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch were added to stables upon their debut. Paige, Charlotte and Lynch teamed together to form Team PCB. Naomi and Tamina added Banks to their group. After nearly-two months since the launch of the WWE Divas Revolution, Team B.A.D is nearly-irrelevant, while Team PCB is focused on Team Bella.Somewhere along the line, the casual WWE fan isn’t impressed. During WWE Raw in Tampa Bay last week, the crowd couldn’t have looked more bored during the match. Granted, this crowd wasn’t loud all night. If the Divas Revolution was as hot as it was in WWE NXT, then perhaps the hype on the main roster would replicate that. For that reason alone, the Divas Revolutoin needs changed. Here are the five ways to fix it:
#1 Align The NXT Divas Together
With the style of booking the WWE does today, there aren’t many clear-cut heels. For example, Kevin Owens has a huge following, even though he played a nasty heel against John Cena and Cesaro. Sasha Banks is the same type of character, but she still has a huge fanbase at WWE NXT and on the main roster. At this point, putting Banks, Charlotte and Lynch together is a smart idea. That way, instead of trying to get nine women over at the same time, only three will get a big push.
Down the road, one of them could turn heel on the other. WWE fans would then align themselves with either the heel or face. All three women are excellent characters and wrestlers. Who knows, maybe they could form the female version of the Shield?
