Professional wrestlers have some of the crazy retirement plans. Some go on to become movie stars, some become rock stars while others end up being comics writers. Apart from all these categories there are some others, who decide to stay rooted in the wrestling business as managers. Now, to get things straight, being a manager is not everyone’s cup of tea. WWE has seen some legendary managers over the years but at the same time, they have seen some horrible ones. Not everyone could cope with the transformation from being a wrestler to a manager, but there are certain superstars on the current roster that could make a great professional wrestling manager. Here is a look at them.
#5 Chris Jericho
What do all the greatest managers have in common? Yes, the microphone skills. Chris Jericho has that in plenty. Knowing to keep the fans on the edge of their seats with the microphone is what sets apart a great manger from a poor one. Jericho has been doing this ever since his debut in WWE.
Currently, Jericho is wrestling live shows with the company and is kept away from the television for some reason. Jericho has a busy schedule with Fozzy and his playing days might come to a standstill anytime soon.
WWE, however, shouldn’t let a talented name like Jericho slip away like that. He can have a great run as manager in the company make others look gold just like he has been doing throughout his career.
