5 reasons why the Attitude era isn't coming back to WWE
There are many reasons that are hampering the WWE product at this moment. The creative’s decisions aren’t on the best possible track and nor are the superstar commitments. However, the biggest factor that hampers the product is the fans itself.A major portion of the WWE Universe is still stuck in the past that they have nothing more than complaining to do. Anything that the WWE puts together is compared to the Attitude Era which to be frank was a bit over rated. This blind faith in the past has made the fans ignorant about the efforts that the WWE have put in at times. However there is one thing that the WWE Universe should realize and that is that the attitude Era is not coming back and here are the reasons why.
#5 Lack of superstars with Attitude
One of the integral parts of the Attitude Era was the roster itself. Names like Steve Austin, Rock, Triple H, Undertaker, Vince McMahon and many more were in their prime and had the skills to live up to the whole idea of the Attitude Era.
Now take a look at the current roster. A plethora of current superstars wouldn’t have survived the Attitude Era as it needed all-around talent.
Names like Dean Ambrose, CM Punk and only a few others would have been the cornerstones of a potential new Attitude Era but now that Punk has left, WWE does not have a roster or a big star to bank on.
Cena cannot be the face of an era like that nor can Brock Lesnar. Bringing back Austin and Rock is a long shot as well which makes the Attitude Era roster impossible to replicate.
