The second ATP 1000 Masters tournament will start in Miami shortly. Top players in both the men’s and the women’s sction will take the field and look to entertain fans across the world. Although Roger Federer pulled out of the tournament in order to prepare for the clay season ahead, there will be no short of drama on the court.Here are 5 reasons why you shouldn’t miss the Miami Open.

#5 Last hard court tournament until July

The clay season will start in April and culminate with the French Open in the first week of June. The grass court season will commence shortly thereafter. The players will get one more week to prepare for Wimbledon this year. The next hard court tournament after Miami is the Claro Open in Columbia starting July 20.
