7 WWE Promising WWE debuts that fizzled out quick
Some of the superstars who had solid WWE debuts to their name went on to become legendary names in the business while others fizzled out with time. We know very well about the former category and it has been analyzed numerous times as well. So this time around, we are going to take a look at the latter category. With that said, here are those superstars whose momentum fizzled out despite having an impressive debut to their name.
#7 The Boogeyman
Boogeyman was not one of those wrestlers who would have succeeded in WWE. He was an average wrestler at best but he did have a great debut in WWE. He had weird paint all over him and to make him look creepier, Boogeyman used to smash a clock over his head before eating worms. Altogether, it was a gimmick that sparked curiosity in the minds of WWE fans.
He could have had a spell as a midcard heel but instead, WWE booked him in short matches and treated him like he was someone who came from a horror movie. Boogeyman was probably never seen as a ‘wrestler’ and this ultimately cost him big time.
