28-year-old India cricketer Rohit Sharma got married to longtime girlfriend Ritika Sajdeh in Mumbai on Sunday. The long time friends had got engaged in April this year.The event, held at a hotel in Bandra, had a lot of celebrities in the guest list – batting legend Sachin Tendulkar and his wife Anjali, Harbhajan Singh and wife Geeta Basra, Yuvraj Singh and fiancee Hazel Keech.Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who Rohit had personally invited, was also among the guests.Cheteshwar Pujara and Ravindra Jadeja took time off from their Vijay Hazare Trophy matches to be part of India teammate Rohit’s special day.A party was hosted by Mukesh Ambani at his residence in Mumbai on Friday on the occasion of Rohit and Harbhajan’s wedding, which MS Dhoni had attended. He was, however, busy playing for Jharkhand on Sunday, and were among those who could not make it.
