MS Dhoni is popularly known in cricketing circles as ‘Captain Cool’ for his nonplussed demeanour in tense situations. #5 When he was denied home-cooked biriyani

It turns out that Dhoni is as passionate about his food as he is about cricket. During the 2014 Champions League T20, Dhoni reportedly got furious when Hotel Grand Kakatiya in Hyderabad refused to let the CSK squad have the home-cooked biriyani sent by Ambati Rayudu.

The decision had reportedly made Dhoni so incensed that he moved the entire CSK team out of the hotel and moved to its rival, Hotel Taj Krishna. He made the team management cancel their booking and the BCCi officials also moved to Taj Krishna along with the team. Not a small price to pay for refusing Dhoni home-cooked biriyani!
