5 instances when Ravichandran Ashwin showed his class on Twitter
Ace Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin just does not stop with his on-field bowling charisma. He has developed a habit of nailing it on twitter whenever someone jabs at him. Recently the variations-specialist took a dig at Harsha Bhogle's tweet about continuous travelling and staying at a place for a bit of time. While the cricket analyst tweeted stating the numerous places he had to travel in the past 20 days and was quite pleased to be in Dhaka for a few days, Ashwin dig fun with a reply tweeting that Dhaka traffic would ensure Harsha spent more time at a signal than 20 days.Twitter is not new to witness Ashwin’s humour and satire. Here are 5 instances where Ashwin owned the twitter banter.
#1 Mocking Jesse Hogan
Ashwin had an interesting exchange with a journalist in February 2016 which ended with him making a self-deprecating joke on bowlers who had chosen their craft in an unfortunate time of high scores.
Ashwin, who is a keen student of the game and a follower of cricket matches everywhere, was disheartened not to be able to watch the ongoing New Zealand vs Australia ODI, where Martin Guptill had launched a typical carnage.
The NZ vs AUS game is not live in India??

@ashwinravi99 You watch a LOT of cricket. Very impressive scouting.
— Jesse Hogan (@Jesse_Hogan) February 3, 2016
Ashwin asserted that he expected a 400+ game at Auckland from the look of initial stages of the game, at which the journalist mocked on Ashwin resisting turning into a batsman when bowlers around the world were being pounded.
@ashwinravi99 Par scores are getting ridiculous. Who'd want to be a bowler?? Good on you for resisting.
