The main role of point guard is to create scoring opportunities, controlling the tempo of the game and attack the basket sometimes. The first player who strikes the mind when we say point guard is none other than Magic Johnson, who played as point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers for 13 seasons. We have rated here the top five point guards to play in the recently released 2K Sports basketball simulation game NBA 2K15. #5 Derrick Rose

We start off with Derrick Rose, one of the formidable point guards for Chicago Bulls. Because of his injury, his rating is comparatively low as he is rated only 88, first of the three players to have same ratings. Rose is regarded as the best scoring point guard in NBA. Last season was a season to forget for Rose as he played in only 10 matches in which he averaged 15.9 points, 4.3 assists, 3.2 rebounds per game in 31.1 minutes per game. His loss affected the Bulls in the long term as they struggled offensively. 

In 2011, Rose was named as the NBA Most Valuable Player, becoming the youngest player to win this award at only 22 years of age.
