India tour of Bangladesh and England: 5 surprise inclusions in the team

The Indian team was recently announced for their tour of Bangladesh and England.As expected, the selectors went withyoung gunsfor the Bangladesh tour. Dhoni, Kohli, Rohit Sharma and a few other big names were rested ahead of the long season.On the other hand, for the EnglandTest series, Gambhir gets a much deserved return to the squad, bringing solid strengthto the toporder. There are quitea few shocking inclusions as well though. Whether good or bad, it will be clear over the next few months.For the moment, let us have a look at these 5 players who got a surprisecall up from the selectors:

#5 Parvez Rasool

He was selected last year for the tour of Zimbabwe last year but was never given a chance to come down to the field and show his talents. 

Rasool made his debut for J&K in the 2008-09 season and has played 28 first-class matches, scoring 1617 runs and taking 78 wickets. In 2012-13 season, Rasool was extraordinary for his team and scored 594 runs and picked up 38 wickets in 7 matches, hence becoming the most successful J&K player in a season in the history.

He was not given much to do in IPL but he can flip the match around on his own.

His inclusion comes in as a pleasant surprise.
