All the hype regarding WWEs Survivor Series took a big leap forward thanks to the latest episode of Raw which received acclaim from all across the world.The Survivor Series pay-per-view has all the ammunition it needs to be the show of the year after that hype on Raw and WWE will have to make sure that they dont mess up. And not messing up doesnt only mean giving a solid show; it also means living up to the legacy of the pay-per-view.One thing that pokes up when speaking about the pay-per-views history is the important debuts that it has hosted. Over the years there have been some impactful introductions at Survivor Series and here is a look at the best ones.
#5 The Shield
The Shield is arguably the best thing that WWE to in recent years. Shield came out as an attempt to put over three talented names and it ended up being a much more successful venture.
The current main event scene is being dominated by the Shield members and they are already touted to be future Hall of Famers. The First appearance of the faction in the main roster came at Survivor Series of 2012 where there interfered in the triple threat title match between John Cena, CM Punk and Ryback.
Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose went on to triple power bomb Ryback into the announce table and the loud sound came by was Shield’s way of announcing their arrival.
There is still a long way to go for the Shield members but they all have one thing in common and that is making debut at Survivor Series.
