Pirlo might wear the Nerazzurri colours again

Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini is interested in bringing in out-of-form Chelsea right-back Branislav Ivanovic, reports to the clubThe Mirror. The Serbian defender’s contract with the Blues is set to end this summer and the Nerazzurri should move quick if they hope to land the defender for a reasonable price.

Juventus is planning a swoop for Everton’s star striker, Romelu Lukaku, according to some Italian media outlets, Sky Sports reports. The Old Lady reportedly want the Belgian next summer, however, the Merseysiders would want a fee in the region of around 60m euros which can be a little too much for the Italian giants.

In a very interesting development, ESPN reports that Inter Milan is interested in signing Italy legend Andrea Pirlo on loan. The MLS season is over and the decision it is up to the Italian playmaker whether he wants to rest or come back to Serie A.

Inter’s manager Roberto Mancini told club’s official website that football is uncertain, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if Pirlo returns to the club where he spent three years, mostly on the fringes. However, he said that he has not yet talked to the World Cup winner.

"I've not spoken to him, but anything can happen in football. MLS is over for the season so maybe he wants to rest, but I'm sure clubs will be interested if he fancies a return to Italy because he's a fantastic player.

"He's a champion- not your average player. He has amazing technique and reads the game quicker than most other players.

"In the future we may look at players with similar characteristics because we have players that are very physically strong and they can give us more when the pitches cut up a bit."
