He is probably the most established player on my list. Had a superb season with Atletico Madrid and is definitely a European hot property. He does not want to play second fiddle to Petr ech in Chelsea and Atletico are trying to get a deal done to permanently sign him. Certainly a subject of interest from other European elites.
