In this article, let us take a look at the best XI from the tournament.

#1 Sheldon Jackson

Sheldon Jackson had a phenomenal tournament

There might a bunch of names, who piled on the runs in the Vijay Hazare trophy, but when it comes to opening batsmen, apart from Sheldon Jackson, none of the other batsmen have made it big.

The Saurashtra batsman had piled up 345 runs in five innings at an average of just over 86. His strike-rate of 107.47 is the highest for a batsman with over 200 runs in the tournament. Jackson, who has been consistent for his side in the past 18 months will be the wicket-keeper of the side.
