5 Divas who would have been great in the Ruthless Aggression Era
LanaThe Ruthless Aggression Era began in 2002 and lasted till 2007. It may be best remembered to be kicked off when Kurt Angle called out someone who could show him some ruthless aggression. Out came John Cena and the rest is history. This was also a period where the Divas division had its peak success with the greatest feud the division has ever seen between Lita and Trish Stratus. Additionally, it featured women like Victoria, Molly Holly, Melina, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Candice Michelle, Torrie Wilson, Stacy Kiebler, Sable returned for a while, Stephanie McMahon as a babyface and then later on a heel, Gail Kim, Michelle McCool, well you get the gist of it.Here are 5 Divas who weren’t part of the era but would have been great in the Ruthless Aggression Era
#1 Renee Young
Renee Young isn’t a wrestler. She’s got such a friendly vibe to her that it may be hard for many of you to even imagine her working in the Ruthless Aggression Era. But it would have been interesting to see how the WWE would have used her in that era.
Given that backstage interviewers were usually made fun of, it would be interesting to have someone like Renee who seems smart and informative about the industry she works in. It would also have been interesting to have her on commentary.
Young is definitely someone whose presence and awareness would have given interviews back then a lot more importance.
