5 Reasons why Undertaker should not return for WrestleMania 31
WrestleMania is around the corner and like all those previous years, the big question on every WWE fan’s mind would be about Undertaker’s appearance at the grand stage. However, unlike all those other instances, there is a big catch this time around: Undertaker’s legendary streak is no more. This fact makes Taker’s return to the WWE programming a fifty- fifty affair even though all the fans would love to see him once again inside the ring. It’s quite natural of the fans to expect something similar from Taker but that should not directlymean he should actually make an appearance. There are a lot of factors out that there that calls out why Undertaker should not return for WrestleMania 31 and here is a rundown on them.
#5 The lack of a proper opponent
If Taker is supposed to make his appearance at WrestleMania, the next obvious question will be about his opponent. Now that the streak is over (we’ll get to that soon) this wouldn’t be a big deal but still that doesn’t mean WWE should book the Bunny against Taker.
Lesnar would be the first choice after their showdown last year but since he is the reigning champion, that decision wouldn’t go down well on the longer run.
Sting is another possibility but the icon has already locked horns with Triple H taking him out of the scenario as well. Bray Wyatt on the other hand is a good option but then again, Bray would struggle to carry Taker throughout the match and put him over.
