The audience represents a very ambivalent nature making these characters look highly ambiguous. It’s quite a challenge to get a unanimous reaction for such characters these days. One of the many signs of a great babyface is his or her ability to make the villain seem that much more villaneous. If people are sympathetic towards you then they don’t want to see you suffer. Sami Zayn is the most popular babyface in NXT and just a few weeks ago he was decimated by Kevin Owens.
