5 Things we learnt from this week's SmackDown
SmackDown will now air every Thursday, next week onwards as opposed to Friday until now. This week’s SmackDown had one exciting spoiler and that was the main event which had Reigns and Ambrose team up to fight Rollins and Big Show. This was the first time they teamed up together since June last year. The night basically belonged to all three former members of The Shield. Here are five things we learnt from this week’s SmackDown.
#5 Seeds planted for Reigns Vs Rollins
Yes, we’ve seen them fight before and though this feud didn’t have much excitement as much as the fanfare Ambrose Vs Rollins got, it was still something that would have been logical that Reigns was equally betrayed. These two might meet again for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
The Championship seems at reach for both the superstars at this point and it is expected that they’ll win it this year. WWE took the wise decision of showing these two moving towards more such showdowns. They began the night with a promo segment and then ended it with a match. Expect more interactions between the two in the coming weeks/months.
