Rusev’s career is going to take a big step in the upward direction when he will face off against John Cena at the inaugural Fast Lane pay-per-view. Facing off against the United States Champion right after a WWE championship feud is a downward spiral for the Cenation leader but the Rusev is indeed a credible foe.WWE wasted no time in booking the feud after Royal Rumble and it shows how stern the company was about pulling off this angle during the WrestleMania period.Now that the match is booked for the pay-per-view, the question will be about the ending WWE has planned for. One of the biggest drawbacks of WWE in recent times is the lack of development they give to storylines. The company has been notorious when it comes to ending angles prematurely and if that is going to be the case with Rusev – Cena, then Cena will bury Rusev at Fast Lane.

A clean win for the Cenation leader is not what the company needs at this moment but might be the result they will give out for the WWE Universe.  

WWE will be going to this resort if they have another possible opponent for Cena. Rusev will get the benefit of working with Cena under the same spotlight but he will not be fortunate enough to get a win.
