However, anyone who knows how the pay-per-view works will be aware about the importance of some surprises.Though Royal Rumble was expected to be filled with surprises, it disappointed at the end of the day. WWE will be able to clean up the mess with the right booking at Fast Lane and here is a look at the possible names that could return at the show.

#5 Randy Orton

Despite being a main event name, Randy Orton has been away from the WWE programming for nearly three months now. Orton’s absence is not felt in the company but still having him in the roster ahead of the WrestleMania period will be crucial.

There are a lot of possible feuds that Orton could be involved in with the primary one being against Seth Rollins. Both men are known for giving pay-per-view quality matches whenever they lock horns.

After the loss to Daniel Bryan on Monday night, Rollins is taken away from the title scene which in turn leaves him without a feud. Orton returning on Fast Lane could change all that and WWE will have another big name at their disposal.
