WWE Monday Night Raw Preview: 13 October, 2014

Milestones, Rock and some solid in ring action made last week special for WWE. Despite the positives there weren’t much improvement in their creative direction as the storylines seemed half baked with just two weeks away from Hell in a Cell. The remaining four shows they have before the pay-per-view would be nothing short of crucial for Vince McMahon’s promotion as the loyal fans are starting to lose their patience with the product. The Philips arena in Atlanta will play host to yet another episode of Monday Night Raw on October 13 and just like the previous outings, it would be WWE’s chance to pop a good cheer among the WWE Universe. And here is a look at what all we could expect from this week’s Raw.

#5 More Surprises please

Rock’s return was biggest moment of WWE programming last week. The great one came in and gave a reminder to everyone about what they were missing due to his run in Hollywood.

WWE not giving up the surprise return before the actual moment made it more effective and hid the flaws they had in the show to a certain extent. It was the same old trick of using nostalgia as a band aid in a forgettable show but once again, it proves to be a successful attempt.

Now after the success of Rock, the company could think about delivering more surprises in this week’s Show.

There are a lot of prospects that could be brought back for one night. They could also interact with the current array of talent and put over the youngsters like Rock did with the Bulgarian Brute at Brooklyn.
