That is the question running through the minds of WWE fans all over the world, after it was announced late Monday night that Rusev would take on John Cena at the upcoming Fast Lane pay per view. I know many are worried about Rusev’s undefeated streak coming to an end against John Cena, but there are so many ways the WWE can prevent that from happening.

It’s no secret that Rusev is a favorite amongst The Authority. It’s also no secret that John Cena is one of the main enemies of The Authority. With that in mind, who’s to say that The Authority won’t get involved in this storyline as well?

It would certainly go along with The Authorities recent plans to convince John Cena that he doesn’t have much longer on top of the mountain and what better way to reinforce that, then to have him go up against a rising star in The WWE.
