WWE RAW August 25, 2014: 5 Promising Developments
It wasn’t the best of raw and it wasn’t the worst either. Some storylines were played out well, some well written material wasn’t incorporated with good performances and some things suffered because the writing was just plain bad. John Cena started and ended the night. Lesnar made his presence felt without even being in the arena and Reigns and Rollins finally had an effective showdown for the first time after the infamous betrayal. Here are the 5 promising developments from this week
#1 Ambrose- Rollins feud is a blockbuster
The advantage this rivalry has than any other rivalry right now is the storyline. The Shield, the betrayal, the performances by these two, especially Ambrose. This week Rollins had the stage all for himself. Ambrose is missing in action and nowhere to be found. Rollins took the opportunity to showcase why he is one of the best heels right now.
His character development is refreshing considering Ambrose has been phenomenal in the acting department. This only escalates the already exciting feud between these two. This feud will stand the test of time.
