The summers biggest party lived up to its name and the expectation levels of the fans when it turned out to be the best pay-per-view of 2014.Everyone who spent their money to see the pay-per-view got what they paid for and more and there were no complaints raised after the show ended, which is a rare sight considering how polarizing WWE pay-per-views could be.Anything which follows SummerSlam would have a tough task living up to the expectation which puts extra pressure on Night of Champions.This might also be WWEs way of silencing their critics after getting a rough treatment at Battleground. No matter how dominating his opponent is, Cena would get a warrior’s booking so that he could live up to his never give up attitude. Well this wasn’t the case at Staples Centre when Cena crumbled in front of Lesnar. This was by far the weakest performance by Cena in recent history and makes it a forgettable outing for him.
