WWE: Top 5 breakout stars in NXT

When the idea of NXT sprang up in the minds of the higher authorities in the WWE management, it came off as a good move. Instead of scouting talents from various promotions in the world The independent scene which has more professional wrestlers than an arena filled with fans for the Super Bowl, WWE had its own breeding ground for talent. They could hand pick the very few and fortunate, those who possessed the qualities that the WWE look for The physique, charisma and the ability to carry themselves in front of millions, and also the occasional ability to put on a good performance inside the ring. WWE also started their own performance centers, places where they could train these young talents, and showcase them on NXT before bringing them on to the main roster. All the elements fell in place, and it became a huge success!Earlier, WWE used to partner with other organizations like Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) as its developmental territory. Eliminating the necessity for that would result in WWE not depending on the outside resources, and that is what NXT was able to fulfill. Triple H also has the knack of bringing the independent stars who have been receiving rave reviews, with latest rumors being KENTA from Pro Wrestling NOAH and Prince Devitt from New Japan Pro Wrestling making their way down to NXT! That was something Vince McMahon wasnt interested in doing, since he wanted to create his own stars Products of the WWE machine, unlike the CM Punks and Daniel Bryans, who earned their fame first on the independent circuit.Today, NXTs roster is stacked with some of the greatest talents on the face of the planet. There are some superstars who have traveled all around the world, putting on classic bouts in various countries. There are also the WWE products Those who were brought in by WWE without much prior experience, but have received rave reviews from the fans and management alike. In this article, I look at five such young, bright prospects that can be the next big thing in the WWE, once they make their debut on the main roster.

#1 Tyler Breeze

With a character that is a mash – up of Rick Rude and a young Shawn Michaels during his “Boy toy” days, Tyler Breeze is a breath of fresh air on the NXT roster.

My first opinion about Tyler’s new gimmick was that it was too generic, and has been rehashed numerous times in the wrestling industry. Surprisingly, he has held his own and has made a name for himself on NXT, and if rumors are to be believed, the higher ups are impressed with Tyler, and he might make his debut on the main roster sooner than expected. As a fan, I’m excited about Tyler’s presence on the main roster, and the exciting feuds it can lead to!
