Best DFS Picks for Miami Dolphins vs. Detroit Lions - October 30 - NFL Week 8 | 2022 NFL Football Season
The Detroit Lions will take on the Miami Dolphins during the NFL's Week 8, and for DFS, there are a lot of intriguing players to choose from. Let's look at the best players to target for both production and value this Sunday, October 30, from both Detroit and Miami.
NFL DFS QB Picks
Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins (DraftKings $6.2k, FanDuel $7.7k)
Tua returned last week and threw for 261 yards and one TD. After missing almost a month, the Alabama product was able to put up a decent fantasy output in his team's fourth win of the season. Today, Tagovailoa and the Dolphins take on the worst-ranked defense in the NFL, which bodes well for fantasy. Even though Miami is on the road, they should be able to rack up a ton of yardage and several TDs, which Tua should be involved in. Expect the Dolphins QB to be less rusty this afternoon compared to last week after he went 21 for 35 on his passes last week against Pittsburgh.
NFL DFS RB Picks
Raheem Mostert, Miami Dolphins (DraftKings $5.9k, FanDuel $6.8k)
Mostert had his best fantasy game of the season last week, and he'll look to ride that momentum into Sunday's contest. The Dolphins' back rushed for 79 yards on 16 carries, and he also caught four passes for 30 yards. His receiving TD was his first of the season, and today he'll face a Lions defense that has been poor all around. Expect him to have a good chance to have an even better fantasy total than last week in a game where he could approach triple-digit rushing yards.
Other DFS RB Picks: D'Andre Swift, Detroit Lions (DraftKings $6.8k, FanDuel $7.5k)

NFL DFS WR/TE Picks
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions (DraftKings $6.9k, FanDuel $6.8k)
St. Brown is questionable for today's game, but he is expected to clear concussion protocol and suit up. In Dallas last week, St. Brown wasn't allowed to return to the game and ended with just one catch. Before that, though, the Lions wideout had seen 39 targets in just four games, one of the highest number of targets over that span. While he may not see double-digit targets today, he remains the primary option for QB Jared Goff when healthy.
Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins (DraftKings $5.9k, FanDuel $6.8k)
Tyreek Hill is one of the best receivers in the league, and this is as favorable as a matchup he'll get all season. Hill averages 110.4 receiving yards per game, and he should have a great chance to increase that average this afternoon. He's recorded 12 or more targets in five of seven games this year, and the Lions' pass defense has been less than stellar. In recent weeks, they've allowed DK Metcalf and Jakobi Meyers to tally season-high receiving yards, so look for Hill to go off today as well.
Other DFS WR/TE Picks: Josh Reynolds, Detroit Lions (DraftKings $5.0k, FanDuel $6.5k)
